The main purpose of the job is to advise, assist and support young people, ensuring that their welfare is safeguarded at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Secondary Education (essential)
Awareness of children's needs and safeguarding issues
Good communication skills
Emotional resilience in working with challenging behaviours
Previous experience of working within a team
RATE OF PAY:
Up to £13.50 per hour
Sleep-ins paid at £50/sleep
