Job Overview
Adhere to defined cGMP procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/APIs in support of launched products and clinical trial programmes. Proactive approach to suite readiness, structured monitoring, line clearance, BOM/stock levels, sample control and SAP inventory. Complete GMP documentation accurately. Maintain high ESH standards, carry out all work in accordance with appropriate ESH systems. Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards so that suites are audit ready at all times.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
* Execute defined procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/APIs in support of launched products and clinical trial programmes to GMP standards.
* Work effectively in an organized manner to adhere to the planned schedule.
* Contribute effectively to a team working environment while also being able to work independently within the production team.
* Accurately record information required for batch records.
* Update and review plant documentation, from PI Sheets to SOPs.
* Maintain high ESH standards, carrying out all work in accordance with appropriate EHS systems.
* Possess a working knowledge of risk management systems and procedures and enable escalation of deviation as appropriate.
* Demonstrate flexibility, self‑control, and interpersonal awareness within the team environment.

Qualifications – Essential
* Degree in a scientific subject or equivalent GMP experience.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experience
* Good chemical/bio‑processing industry knowledge.
* Good working knowledge of GMP.
* Understanding of chemical unit operations and process chemical reaction hazards.
* Experience working in clean rooms (desirable).
