Warehouse Coordinator - Night Shift (Full-time)

Salary: £31,500 + £33,700 + Bonus

Your Role at a Glance:
* Lead and inspire a small, efficient night shift team to deliver exceptional service and meet key operational targets.
* Be at the heart of warehouse activity: manage incoming deliveries, oversee stock control, maintain an organised and clean environment, and carry out quality checks.
* Get behind the wheel on Friday nights, driving a 3.5t vehicle (such as a Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit) to deliver goods to customers with care and attention to detail.
* Stay ahead of the game with effective communication – handovers, task management, and ensuring the team stays on track.

What We’re Looking For:
* A team leader with previous experience in warehouse operations or similar.
* A driver’s licence with experience handling 3.5t vehicles (DVLA check required).
* Someone who has an eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
* Flexibility is key: this role requires night shifts.
* Experience with forklift trucks? That’s a plus, but not a must.
