Purpose of the Role
The Salesperson is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships to drive growth for WiseUp Team Building. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with schools and organisations, achieving sales targets, and promoting WiseUp's portfolio of team building services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct school and client visits when necessary to promote WiseUp services.
2. Sales Delivery
* Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company policies.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Liaise with Program Coordinator and GM to ensure smooth client handover post-booking.
3. Market & Business Development
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* Provide insights to BDM and leadership for service improvement.
* Represent WiseUp at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
* Carry out any other tasks reasonably deemed necessary by management for the smooth running of the business.

Pay: £30,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
