We're seeking a Finance Assistant with a background in accountancy, banking, purchasing, or sales finance. Working closely with our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily banking operations.
Role Overview:
* Bank reconciliations: ensuring all transactions are accurate and up to date.
* Processing payments: including BACS/CHAPS transactions, cheque handling, and Direct Debit submissions.
* Daily cash reporting: keeping financial records precise and compliant.
* Ledger management: accurately recording transactions for financial reporting.

About you:
* Previous experience in a Finance team, working with cash & banking, purchase ledger, sales ledger, or related areas preferred.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate transactions.
* Ability to meet deadlines and ensure timely payments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
