We’re looking for an ambitious Corporate Associate to join our growing, partner-led team. You’ll work directly on lower mid-market (£10m–£100m) transactions with financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, private investors, and start-ups.
What you’ll do:
* Run your own deals from start to finish
* Draft and negotiate SPAs/APAs, disclosure letters, and ancillary documents
* Manage due diligence and completion processes
* Build lasting client relationships and support business development
What we’re looking for:
* 3–6 PQE in Corporate law (other levels considered)
* Strong M&A experience (share & asset deals)
* Confident, commercially minded, and client-focused
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
