An award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support a diverse portfolio of design and build projects across the South West.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute QS looking for long-term growth (RICS) in a collaborative, design-led environment.
What You’ll Do:
Produce cost plans, feasibility studies and budget estimates
Develop tenders, contracts and procurement documentation
Monitor project finances, valuations and final accounts
Advise on risk, compliance and contract law
Champion sustainability and value engineering
What You’ll Need:
HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
Strong experience in cost control, budgeting and contract admin
Proficiency with Excel, Masterbill, Bluebeam (or similar)
Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
RICS qualified or actively working towards chartership
