About the Role
The successful candidate will manage their own high‑volume and varied caseload, involving:
* Road traffic accidents
* Fatal accident claims
* Accidents at work
* Product liability
* Industrial illness matters
* Occasional medical negligence–related work
Responsibilities include:
* Handling cases from initial instruction to settlement
* Preparing court documents and using the firm’s case management system
* Providing clear, practical legal advice
* Negotiating with insurers, counsel, and experts
* Attending court when required
* Ensuring compliance with GDPR, regulatory standards, and internal procedures
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-3+ years of post‑qualification experience in personal injury law
* Strong knowledge of PI legislation, processes, and protocols
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* The ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
* A commitment to delivering clear, straightforward advice to clients
