Job Title: Health and Safety Manager Location: HU7 Salary: £40,000 Per Year Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (06:30-16:45) with occasional Fridays as required About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager to join our caravan construction manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust health and safety systems across the factory to ensure full compliance with UK legislation and to promote a strong safety culture throughout the workforce. The successful candidate will work closely with management, supervisors, and production teams to ensure safe working practices in all areas of the caravan manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company's health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation and industry standards. Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections across the factory.
