Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
* Ensure jobs are cured in the correct order for the composite production schedule and maintaining the autoclaves and oven.
* Operate autoclaves to cure composite parts according to detailed process specifications and work instructions.
* Load and unload components into the autoclave using appropriate handling equipment, keeping accurate records of the autoclave and ovens cures.
* Monitor temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels throughout the curing cycle.
* Record and maintain accurate process data and batch records.
* Perform pre- and post-inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment issues promptly.
* Work closely with quality and engineering teams to resolve process deviations.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
The Person:
* You will of course need good PC skills and work well as team member.
* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
