Location; AM2 Centre based at North Notts College, Worksop
About the Role
The AM2 Centre Administrator is a key part of the AM2 Test Centre Team, working within a team that supports both learners and staff throughout the year. This role is extremely important in assisting the AM2 Test Centre team to achieve its goals which link into the RNN Group’s vision of ‘Leading Innovation and Skills within our Communities’.
You will be committed to providing an excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
You will support the team to achieve a number of key priorities. These will include greeting customers into the Centre, handling general enquiries both in person and via telephone/email, bookings rooms, scheduling learner assessments, data management of internal systems and working/communicating with external employers, partners and clients to promote the reputation of the Centre.
You will liaise with external partners (College’s Employer Training Academies) with scheduling dates for assessments and ensuring systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Attention to detail is essential in this role as you will deal with data and information, sharing relevant information with appropriate parties, checking documentation aligned with awarding body requirement and processing applications in line with SLA’s.
This role will demand a high level of customer service, excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work.
You will…
You will have experience working within an administration and / or customer service environment, ideally within training or education but this is not essential.
You will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, strong digital skills and able to priorities and plan your work accordingly.
You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake), as well as a Level 2 in Business Administrator or Customer Service.

You will report to the AM2 Centre Manager and work as part of the AM2 Test Centre Department.
