We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join our small, supportive office team. If you're professional, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:

o Answering phone calls and helping customers with their enquiries.
*
o Responding to emails in a professional, friendly manner.
*
o Customer invoicing and payment reconciliation
*
o Managing and reconciling registers and club data.
*
o Liaising with our Office Manager and Office Administrator to keep everything running smoothly.
*
o Supporting with day-to-day office administration.
What we're looking for:
*
o Experience in a customer service or office administration role.
*
o Excellent communication skills – both on the phone and by email.
*
o Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
o A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving.
*
o Confident with IT systems (Microsoft Office, databases). Bonus: Knowledge of the childcare industry would be a real advantage
