Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide assistance with all aspects of the House Person services, as designated by the House Manager (Dame), in conjunction with the Estates Departments direction. This will include general maintenance tasks, repairs and painting to bedrooms, dorms, toilets, bathrooms, corridors, brew room and general facilities. There may be some small cleaning tasks if required when the House is short staffed and to assist with carpet and floor cleaning.
All tasks undertaken should be recorded on a daily works schedule. Any works required from the Estates Department Prohibited Works List should not be undertaken without prior approval of the House Manager (or Estates Department).
Larger tasks and projects will be supported via the Estates Department Team. All tasks should be carried out in a professional and safe manner and should meet the required standard of work as required.
General Duties:
Undertake routine maintenance tasks as required and directed, ensuring they are not listed on the prohibited works list. Routine tasks will generally cover basic DIY jobs.

You are required to work with and assist all other members of the General Services - House Team, as necessary, with the duties and tasks undertaken for the operation of the house.
