What you’ll be doing
1. Identifying learning needs and shaping solutions that deliver impact
2. Designing and delivering impactful talent and learning programmes
3. Supporting digital transformation projects through delivery of learning
4. Creating and curating content for our digital learning platforms
5. Leading on T&C audit and recommendations

Working hours
Part-time role, working 3 days per week on a hybrid basis, with at least 2 of those days based in the office. 08:30 – 17:00 (1 hour lunch)

We promote flexibility around how and where we work so that you can achieve a healthier work-life balance. We operate hybrid working, splitting our week between the office and home. For this role, you will be required to spend at least two days a week on Paragon premises.
