Veterinary Instrumentation is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team in Sheffield. About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll handle enquiries with professionalism and care, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll also liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate technical queries to our expert Technical Support team. Key Responsibilities Answer customer calls promptly and professionally Accurately process telephone and email orders using our ERP system Manage web and key account orders Follow up on courier issues and back orders Record and follow up on service complaints Issue returns forms and manage returns process Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry in Excel Support other tasks as requested by management What We're Looking For Previous experience in a commercial customer service role, ideally within a sales-focused organisation Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and a proactive approach Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with bespoke systems or Sage GCSE education or equivalent Why Join Us?
