About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our product team, solving problems and delivering value to our customers and the business. Reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll lead a squad of developers and QAs to deliver on a key area of the Product strategy; and also work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure that the products are technically feasible, viable and usable.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with business objectives
2. Manage the product roadmap and communicate product plans, statuses and issues to stakeholders
3. Define and prioritise initiatives and features based on customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility
4. Work with Engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, in order to deliver incremental value to our customers
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Product Design, Marketing and Sales to ensure successful product launches
6. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in product development
7. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success
8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunity and competitive threats
About You
We’d like to hear from you if you’re data-driven and curious, with a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll bring your experience of and passion for building great products that are underpinned by tech and data.
To be considered you must have:
9. Substantial experience working in Product in a tech company
10. Some experience of developing a regulated product (e.g. FCA or MHRA)
11. Experience of working cross-functionally with colleagues in Engineering, Design and Data
12. Strong stakeholder management skills, working with a range of people.
13. Confident communication skills - presenting, actively listening and delivering reports and product documentation.
14. Data-driven – confidence using data to understand and prioritise problems to solve.
15. Product-led mindset of experimentation and iteration.
Our dream candidate might also have:
16. Experience within healthcare or FinTech
17. Experience working through transformation and change in larger organisations

We have a head office in Andover, Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
