<div><h3>Freelance Senior Client Manager (open to part-time 6 month FTC)</h3><p>Location: Manchester City Centre</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>Were looking for a Senior Client Manager to join us on a freelance or fixed-term basis to support a period of growth across our client portfolio. Youll be embedded in the client strategy team, owning day-to-day relationships and leading project delivery across a mix of performance marketing accounts.</p><p>This is a hands‑on role. Youll be the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with the performance and discoverability team, creative, content production and data teams to deliver work that performs. A background in professional or financial services is a strong advantage - youll hit the ground running with clients who operate in regulated, complex environments.</p><h3>What You’ll Do (Main responsibilities)</h3><h3>Client Management</h3><ul><li>Own day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted, proactive partner</li><li>Lead regular client status meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews</li><li>Identify and progress organic growth opportunities within existing accounts</li><li>Manage client expectations with confidence escalating where needed, resolving where possible</li></ul><h3>Performance Marketing Delivery</h3><ul><li>Oversee delivery of paid media, SEO, and/or digital performance campaigns across your portfolio</li><li>Brief internal and external teams clearly, ensuring outputs are on time, on budget, and on brief</li><li>Track campaign performance, interpret data, and present insights and recommendations to clients</li><li>Hold the agency and client accountable to agreed KPIs and commercial outcomes</li></ul><h3>Project and Commercial Management</h3><ul><li>Manage project finances including forecasting, billing, and PO management</li><li>Maintain up-to-date status documents, contact reports, and project trackers</li><li>Flag resource or timing issues early and work with senior leads to resolve them</li><li>Contribute to scoping, proposal writing, and pricing for new briefs within existing accounts</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>4–6+ years in a client services role within a marketing, digital, or integrated agency</li><li>Demonstrable experience working on performance marketing accounts (paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, or similar)</li><li>Confident managing senior client stakeholders independently</li><li>Strong project management skills — youre organised, proactive, and calm under pressure</li><li>Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and billing</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Experience working with professional services or financial services clients (e.g. legal, accountancy, insurance, banking, wealth management)</li><li>Familiarity with regulated marketing environments and the nuances that come with them</li><li>Experience working with or managing a performance or data team within an agency</li></ul><h3>Our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion</h3><p>We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.</p></div>
