3. You will be able demonstrate your skills being proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
4. Strong IT skills for inputting detailed, factual case records on a client database and using virtual meeting software (Teams / Zoom).
5. Flexibility to work some evenings (till 8pm) and weekends on a rota (this will be approximately 1 weekend every 5 weekends). We offer our telephone service on bank holidays, these are paid back in lieu on a when covered on a rota basis.

 What you’ll focus on:

6. Your primary role will be to receive and make inbound and outbound calls to those across the UK as well as support in managing a national email inbox, whilst ensuring the support you provide is personalised and tailored to the individual you are talking to. This could include the person living with dementia, family or friends.
