2X Care Package Administrators required to work within the Care Bureau in Tower Hill, Armagh. This role will be on a temporary basis initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension The post will offer full-time hours working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. The rate of pay will be £12.75 per hour. The successful candidates main duties will be to arrange and distribute the provision of Domiciliary care packages within the community, Confirm arrangements for service provision with the commissioner and provider using electronic system and by telephone, Escalate eBrokerage/Encompass system errors to line manager and ensure all documentation is processed accurately and in a timely way, according to agreed service standards and protocols.
