We're Hiring: Key Account Manager - Foodservice Equipment (UK Wide)
Salary: Basic £45-50,000, OTE £11,000 + Company Car + Benefits
Location: Midlands ideally but flexible - Field-based, UK
Reports To: National Sales Manager

We're working exclusively with a market-leading manufacturer of premium foodservice equipment to appoint a Key Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand at the forefront of innovation and service excellence, with a strong reputation in the UK hospitality and foodservice market.
About the Role:
As Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind winning and growing national accounts across the UK. Your primary focus? Securing new business opportunities and expanding long-term partnerships that increase equipment and service sales.
You'll play a key role in:
·Delivering monthly sales and gross margin targets
·Developing and executing strategic account development plans
·Leading tender responses, proposals and commercial negotiations
·Acting as the central point of contact for key stakeholders
·Tracking market trends, competitor activity and growth opportunities
·Collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional customer delivery
What We're Looking For:
·Proven track record in new business and account management experience
·You will have experience of selling via distributors and have dealt with end users
·A confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver solutions
·Excellent relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
·Self-motivated, organised and data-savvy - comfortable producing pipeline reports and forecasts
·It would be beneficial if you have a background within food, catering equipment, commercial kitchens, or a related service industry
