Salary up to £28,204.80 depending on experience
40 hours per week
As a Duty Manager at our Liverpool Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.
As a Duty Manager, you will:
• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift
• Have the exceptional ability to drive prospects and maximize conversion of sales through good commercial planning ensuring you achieve your sales target.
• Prioritise Member Satisfaction, engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks
