THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT REMOTE ROLE
The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for supporting all Brands and departments with salaried recruitment. They will serve as a link between the hiring manager to ensure communication is accurate and filing of priority vacancies are met. Keeping up to date with external trends to guarantee the brand remains attractive amongst competitors and identify new opportunities that challenge the normal ways of working.

Key Accountabilities
* Being an ambassador for the company, driving and attracting talent to join through engagement, social media, networking
* Fostering partnerships with third party organisations to include, universities, charities etc.
* Proactively identify new opportunities and methods to attract a diverse range of candidates to join the company.
* Lead, develop and support colleagues from all departments when required on recruitment best practices to drive continuous improvement and ensure a brilliant candidate journey.
* Support in developing strategies to drive productivity and improve processes and procedures so that performance targets are not only met but exceeded.
* Manage end to end recruitment processes for salaried roles within the group and maximise the use of our systems and technologies, ensuring effective processes.
* Responsible for leveraging data and metrics to recruitment effectiveness across each part of the business when requested.
* Proactively lead updates on all open positions to the business and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders / hiring managers.
* Coach and offer support to new hiring managers into the business, when required in a way that optimises performance, including training and guidance to the team on strategies and best practice – lead by example.
* Prepare and deliver high level reporting for senior stakeholders, noting market feedback challenges and trends.
* Make suggestions for difficult to recruit areas to boost candidate engagement.
* Keep on top of current external trends and remain attractive against our competitors.
* Ensure all processes are followed to ensure integrity of hire, including background and reference checks.

* Time to Hire: Ability to fill vacancies efficiently while maintaining quality of hire.
* Quality of Hire: Success of candidates placed, measured through performance, retention, and manager feedback.
* Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment support and partnership.
* Candidate Experience: Maintaining a professional, timely, and engaging experience for all applicants.
* Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Accurate reporting on KPIs, pipeline health, and recruitment trends to inform decision-making.
* Pipeline Development: Building proactive talent pools for critical roles, ensuring readiness for future hiring needs.
* Recruitment Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline recruitment processes and drive efficiency.
* Compliance & Employer Brand: Ensuring recruitment practices comply with employment law and enhance the company’s reputation.
