Dillington Estate are looking for a motivated and articulate candidate to take on responsiblity for managing and helping grow our lettings portfolio.
Lettings are a vital part of the Estate's business, encompassing our more traditional commercial and residential lettings, but with an increasing focus towards helping grow our holiday lets and wedding venue hire business.
The role is varied, spanning sales, customer relations, facilities management and general administration. Specifically the successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Responding to holiday accommodation and wedding enquiries
* Wedding venue show-arounds and sales
* Communicating with holiday guests before, during and after their stay
* Liaising between our tenants and property teams to coordinate property maintenance
* Administrating our property records to ensure compliance and support ongoing management
* Tracking financial records to ensure tenants are on top of their rent
In addition to these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be willing to look for opportunities to better market and grow our holiday lettings and wedding business.
We are looking for an articulate candidate with excellent communication, very strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will show a motivation for problem solving, and openness for tackling a variety of tasks and the flexibility to adapt their skills to different problems and the evolving nature of our growing business.
A strong grasp of IT including Microsoft Office programs will be important. Previous experience in sales, customer relations, property management would all be a plus, but are not a requirement.
