We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to join our community-focused and supportive team at Feversham Primary Academy, on a permanent, part-time basis.
You’ll be able to:
* Enhance students' learning and attainment while promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.
* Supervise classroom activities and play.
* Support speech and language interventions.
* Assist students in accessing the curriculum, participating in learning, and experiencing achievement.
* Be a warm, friendly face to children and parents.
You should have:
* Motivation and enthusiasm.
* An understanding of children's learning needs.
* Skills to help children develop independent learning skills.
* The ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions.

We value the skills and dedication of our teaching assistants. To support the best outcomes, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is required. If you do not yet hold this qualification, we will invest in your development through our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme. The apprenticeship wage for those not Level 3 qualified may vary; the minimum rate is £12.60 (VLW).
