We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager/Resident Liaison Officer to support one of our building refurbishment projects in Salford, Greater Manchester.
You will be based at Grey Friar Court and White Friar Court in Salford – two high-rise accommodation blocks owned and managed by our client, Salix Homes. We are conducting a variety of decarbonisation and fire safety improvements to both buildings.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer with proven experience in lived-in refurbishment projects. You'll be confident overseeing works such as EWI, re-roofing, window replacements, ground source heat pumps, and sprinkler systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, smoothly, and with minimal disruption to residents.
The ideal candidate will combine strong site supervision skills with excellent communication. You will motivate and manage site teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards, while supporting the Site Manager with planning, scheduling, and resource tracking. You'll also be responsible for monitoring quality control, resolving issues on site, and ensuring a positive working environment for all.
Equally important is your ability to engage with residents. You'll act as the main point of contact, arranging consultations, pre-start communications, and community events. With a considerate and empathetic approach, you'll identify and support vulnerable residents, coordinate appointments, and provide aftercare to ensure satisfaction throughout the works.
The role of an Assistant Site Manager/Resident Liaison Officer at Casey
· Supervise site workstreams, ensuring safety and compliance with policies
· Motivate and manage teams to meet quality and productivity targets

What do you receive in return?
· Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
