Director of International Tax and Treasury
* Develop and implement international tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee global tax compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
* Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and risk management.
* Provide tax guidance on cross-border transactions and business expansions.
* Collaborate with external advisors to address complex tax matters and audits.
* Monitor changes in global tax laws and assess their implications on the business.
