Role Responsibilities
The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the production of indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include creating desserts for large conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary.

Requirements
1. NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
2. Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
3. Planning and time management abilities
4. Flexible attitude
5. Experience in relevant disciplines
6. NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
7. Hygiene certificate
8. Experience with fresh produce
9. Residency or work eligibility in the UK (UK/EU citizen, ILR/PR, or valid visa with at least 2 years remaining)
