HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst Position Overview
We seek a meticulous and tech-savvy HRIS Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing HR data, delivering accurate and insightful reports, and collaborating closely with Payroll to drive process improvements in our HR systems. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, provide analytical insights, and lead system enhancements to optimise HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Data Management
·Maintain and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in the HRIS.
·Regularly audit HR systems to identify and address data inconsistencies or errors.
·Act as the main point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Reporting and Analytics
·Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc HR reports, including metrics on headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce trends.
·Create insightful dashboards to present data visually and support decision-making processes.
·Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify reporting needs and develop relevant analytics solutions.
Payroll Integration and Collaboration
·Work closely with Payroll to ensure seamless data flow between HRIS and payroll systems.
·Identify and implement system improvements to enhance payroll and HR processes.
·Ensure compliance with payroll-related legislation and audit requirements.
Process Improvement
·Analyze current HR system processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
·Partner with cross-functional teams on HRIS upgrades, integrations, and system testing.
·Stay informed about trends in HR technology and recommend tools or features to enhance the employee experience.
Support and Training
·Support and train HR team members and other users on HRIS functionality.
·Document system processes, workflows, and user guides for easy reference.
·Assist with system upgrades, including testing and employee communication. Qualifications and Experience
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
·Proven experience in a similar role, working with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Workday).
·Strong understanding of payroll systems and their integration with HRIS.
·Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
