Temporary Invoice Administrator October to March/May Law Firm Salary £18-23k Pro rata dependant on experience/skills plus benefits. 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK. Hybrid working Monday and Tuesday Leeds office based (Centre) Wed to Friday Home working. This role will report to the Credit Control Supervisor and will be home based but also some requirement to be in the firm's Leeds office focusing on the collection of the International Annual Return fees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining experience in providing high level support to the Credit Control team whilst working within a fast paced environment. This role would suit either a graduate or A level leaver looking for finance experience or someone with experience within an Admin field from any background. The Responsibilities Full training will be provided. The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Day to day management of the assigned client files Following a systematic process of increased collections pressure via email Identifying and escalating problematic clients, and to liaise with the lawyers/partnersonthemostappropriatecourseofactiontotake,takingintoaccount the profile of the client Maintainingdetailedandaccuratenotesregardingdebtorsonthefirmsinternalsystem Requirements Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines Strong communicator Abletointeractpositivelyatalllevelswithinalawfirmandbeateamplayer Self-managed and able to learn quickly Confident using MS Office, including Excel Maintain a strong attention to detail and the ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion Can demonstrate initiative and the ability to be proactive, while also being able to follow instructions Deliver a 'can do' and proactive approach at all times
