Position: SEND Teacher Location: Chelmsford Salary Scale: £120–£320 per day Contract Type: Full-time GSL are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist education setting supporting children and young people with a range of additional learning needs. This role involves delivering high-quality, personalised teaching to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them to develop academically, socially, emotionally, and independently. You will work alongside experienced teachers, Learning Support Assistants, therapists, pastoral staff, and external professionals to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive and achieve their full potential.
