Key Responsibilities:

A Curriculum Lead/Programme Director role may be considered for candidates with the required experience and qualifications. This opportunity will give the right candidate an opportunity to gain valuable experience as a curriculum leader, as part of their ongoing CPD. This is predominantly a teaching role, with the expectation to support development of the curriculum area. The Curriculum Lead / Programme Director role attracts a higher salary.
If you are an internal candidate, there may be the opportunity for this to be a secondment opportunity which can be discussed.

You’ll have the ability to inspire learners through well-planned sessions and build positive relationships with students and colleagues alike.
While previous teaching experience or delivering training in a workplace setting is an advantage, it’s not essential—full training and support will be provided for the right candidate. More important is your positive outlook, empathy for learners, and strong classroom management skills.

There are two salary scale points for our Lecturer positions. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Employees can move up the salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete, subject to approval. Therefore, internal applicants may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification.
