We are currently seeking an interim Sales & Customer Commercial Analyst to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 Months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £61,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to ensure the sales team is making data based decisions to improve sales performance and drive better relationships with our retail partners. This new role supports our key account managers and channel controller and enables them to do their best work, the role requires a high level of accuracy, energy and proactivity.
Key responsibilities:
Work with senior KAMs on JBPs and customer relationships. Ensuring all retailer requirements are provided in terms of promotional nominations, new line information and pricing updates.
Update EPOS trackers and analyse data to provide performance insights and actions.
Responsible for promotional planning in selected customer including negotiation with retailers and monitoring of RoI and performance KPIs.
Review and prepare rebate monitors in line with invoicing from customers.
Experience loading promotions in a commercial capacity both on internal and customer systems.
Be the internal expert on the customer and their processes and provide comparison and insight in how we can improve relationships and exceed targets across our customer landscape.
Input to and provide reporting on the overall customer P&L and the variables which can impact performance. The ability to understand and provide conclusions and recommendations from this data is key to this role.
Manage customer operations striving for accuracy and 'right first time' mindset.
Co-ordinate performance learnings across the channel in order to improve performance.
Work alongside the channel controller to support on separation priorities. Your Key Tasks:
Provide data, insight and market information to inform and enhance the sales efforts across the whole KAM team
Assist the Key Account Managers in day to day customer management.
Manage the new line process for range reviews and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Build strong and progressive relationships through all levels with selected customers
Invoice accuracy process and pricing management.
Activate growth plans within the customer's organization via best in class administration.
Tracking/measuring the success of growth initiatives (launches and promotions/activations)
Monitor and report sales performance by customer.
Working cross functionally to ensure clear communication on projects and retailer goals.
Competitor reporting
Ensure promotions are loaded accurately into systems with associated uplifts reflected in volume forecasts.
Assist retail marketing teams in implement activations. Skills and Experience
At least 2 year of working experience in Sales or Managing customers (retail or supplier side)
Proven track record of managing & delivering against sales & margin targets
Ability to demonstrate people led & purposeful leadership
