Are you an experienced Support Worker with a preference for working nights?
Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. You will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our residents and the home, supporting residents with personal care needs, and providing companionship. Additionally, you will carry out light household duties to keep the household and residents' rooms clean and tidy, involving residents where appropriate. Some shifts may be challenging, but you will also have fun, laugh, and create lasting memories with our residents.
Joining us means becoming part of our extended family. You will work alongside passionate team members dedicated to providing care, warmth, and kindness to all who live and work in our homes.
