Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Running your own section in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen with the highest standards
Creating seasonal dishes that reflect sustainability and provenance
Supporting the kitchens smooth day-to-day operation, with some input into menus
Collaborating closely with suppliers and producers who care as much as you do
