The Retail Manager Role
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a designated shop and small team, maximising sales, customer numbers, and team potential.
* Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent one-to-one customer experiences.
* Motivate and develop a small sales team to reach their full potential.
* Set a good example in all aspects of work.
* Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of our jewellery.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience in retail management or hospitality.
* A genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
* Smart, well-groomed appearance reflecting our company's image.
* Love wearing Warren James jewellery.
* Self-motivated with strong leadership and people skills.
* Confident communicator with good organisational skills.
* Attention to detail in all tasks.
* Jewellery knowledge isn't required; training will be provided.
