We are supporting BAE Systems in the search for a Finance Systems Analyst to join on a 12-month contract, working within their Finance Systems function.
This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, supporting critical finance platforms and processes while driving improvements in reporting, controls, and system efficiency.
The Role You'll provide hands-on support across finance systems and the wider finance function, ensuring smooth operation of key processes and supporting business users.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting month-end processes to ensure accuracy and timely close
2. Preparing and maintaining financial reconciliations
3. Monitoring system processes, including overnight calculations
4. Managing user access and security assignments
5. Acting as a key contact for user support and issue resolution
6. Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives
