Your new roleYou will manage a varied corporate caseload and play a key role in the continued development of the department. Your work will include advising on:
1. Share and business acquisitions and disposals
2. Corporate restructures
3. Management buy-outs
4. Shareholders’ agreements
5. Joint venture agreements
6. Corporateernance and generalpany matters
Depending on your experience, you will lead transactions and support on others, working closely with colleagues across departments and offices. You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development, networking and marketing activity, helping to build lasting client and professional relationships. This role offers genuine responsibility, variety and the opportunity to develop into a trusted adviser, supported by a collaborative and experienced team.
What you’ll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:
7. Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
8. 2–4 years’ post‑qualification experience with a strong Corporate focus
9. Excellent drafting skills and technical knowledge aligned to your PQE
10. A keen interest in a broad range of corporate transactions
11. Strongmunication skills, with the ability to explainplex legal matters clearly andmercially
12. The ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple workstreams to deadlines
