Job Description
The Senior Manager, Digital Sales, will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through mid-market and SMB channels. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to develop and implement digital sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital sales platforms, consumer behavior, and market trends, along with proven experience in driving successful digital sales initiatives.
* Lead and mentor a team of digital sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and development.
* Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team, and regularly evaluate performance against targets.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the digital sales team.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize ROI.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders internally and externally
* Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize digital sales strategies.

* Proven track record of success in digital sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
* Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of digital sales platforms, technologies, and best practices.
* Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
