SCUK, one of the UK's Leading Motor Financepanies are pleased to share that we are currently looking for a Customer Relations Advisor to join our busy Customer Service team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract based in Redhill, Surrey.
In this interesting role you will be responsible for investigatingplaints that have been received via written correspondence or that have been escalated from other departments, and ensuring a suitable resolution is achieved for both the customer, and the business. You will be investigatingplaints by liaising with internal departments, external parties and reviewing various pieces of evidence including call recordings.

What the day to day looks like:
9. Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided toplainants
10. Investigating and resolving the cause of individualplaints
11. Responding to telephoneplaints in a professional and timely manner
12. Acknowledging, drafting and sending outplaints promptly, systematically and fairly within set time limits
13. Gathering information from relevant departments and external parties
14. Ensureplaints are managed in line with TCF and FCA regulation considerations ensuringplaints are managed fairly, accurately and clearly
We're looking for someone who:
15. Has previous Customer Service experience in an office-based role
16. Has previousplaint handling experience
17. Has strong interpersonal skills and call handling skills
18. Has the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
19. Has a positive and enthusiastic approach and is receptive to change
20. Is highly organised and possesses strong planning skills
21. Has a good level ofputer literacy and numeracy skills
22. Has strong verbal and writtenmunication skills
23. Has an in-depth knowledge of SCUKpanyplaint handling procedures,pany policy and products, department procedures and current legislation (desirable - not essential)
24. Has sound knowledge of the SCUK Ficres, Rumba and TCS Mainframe process and procedure (desirable - not essential)
Other things you need to know:
25. The department operates between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday
26. After training ispleted, hybrid working will be available with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office
27. There is a requirement to work 2 bank holidays per year
Location & Training:
Full training for this role will be given and will be on site at our SCUK office in Redhill for upto the first 6 months. After this time, hybrid working will be available as per the line managers discretion and dependant on the individuals work performance.
