The successful candidate will work within a high performing recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing Completing pre-employment checks in accordance with MPA standard operating procedures Ensure a suitable pool of candidates is available to fill vacancies and/or booking. Respond to client requests as outlined within the organisations framework. Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the company. Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activity. Day to day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements. Work towards team targets set. Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs.
