Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the reception desk is manned at all times, allowing for reasonable and managed absences to complete concierge duties as required.
2. Establish, demonstrate, and maintain an exemplary level of building and local knowledge to assist applicants and residents with their enquiries.
3. Meet and greet all visitors to the building in a professional and courteous manner and assist third parties/management with their showing round prospective residents.
4. Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries promptly, politely, and informatively. Log calls and record messages.
5. Perform daily walk-round inspections of all buildings and grounds. Report any building defects or security issues.
6. Maintain a concierge log for effective and consistent communication.
7. Receive, log, and keep safe mail and parcel deliveries for residents.
8. Monitor CCTV and identify security risks to minimize them.
9. Complete training and act as part of the Fire team under the direction of the Building Manager.
10. Admit and log visitors, ensuring all permits are in place.
11. Provide a fully responsive concierge service for residents.
12. Assist with annual safety inspections.
13. Issue and monitor keys, access cards, and fobs following Standard Operating Procedures.
14. Conduct weekly fire alarm, lift line, and other health & safety testing.
15. Report defects and health & safety issues to the Building Manager.
16. Liaise with the managing agent for ad-hoc duties such as smoke alarm tests and meter readings.
17. Implement procedures directed by the Building Manager to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Applicants should demonstrate experience in a similar customer-facing or hospitality role.
Experience & Education:
* Customer-facing/hospitality experience: 1 year (desirable)
* Secondary education (Required)
* Experience as a Building Concierge, Receptionist, or similar role
