As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of the finance function, reporting to the Head of Finance at group level. This is a hands-on role covering management accounts, reporting, compliance, payroll, and financial control. You will manage one direct report (Accounts Administrator) and partner with local and group leadership to provide insight that drives business performance.
Responsibilities

* Oversee management accounts, financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and financial controls.
* Manage one direct report (Accounts Administrator) and collaborate with local and group leadership.
Requirements
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA).
* 3+ years experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
* Manufacturing sector experience preferred.
* Strong IFRS knowledge; Sage 50cloud desirable.
* Advanced Excel skills essential.
* Highly accountable, analytical, and detail-focused.
* Personable and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced SME environment.
