Responsibilities
* As a Service Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the way in promoting and selling our service offerings. You’ll identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Commercial Air Conditioning markets.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations on our turnkey service offerings as a complete package.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity to senior leadership.
* Leading a closely knit team who are well equipped to support your service projects.
About You
* You will have an excellent track record for growing service sales amongst the Air Conditioning sector (ideally).
* Proven experience in B2B service sales, with innate ability for identifying opportunities and developing strategies.
* Tailoring services to ensure seamless delivery of technical service solutions to meet/exceed the evolving needs of clients.
* A self-starter who is highly motivated to forge a clear direction for growth and expansion to achieve ambitious service sales targets.

* Interview 1: Introduction and Exploration Call – with Your Daikin Recruitment Business Partner. Purpose: understand who we are, what we do, and assess your experiences, motivations, and personality.
* Interview 2: Structured Interview – with Hiring Manager. Purpose: detailed discussion on your work experience and Daikin’s operations.
* Interview 3: Final Formal Interview – with Hiring Manager and a Senior Management Team Member. Purpose: demonstrate technical knowledge and strategy for service sales.
