Account Coordinator\n\nBased in Hull\n\nMonday to Friday 06.00-15.00 (out of hours may be required)\n\nPerm contract - Immediate start\n\nSalary: £26k \n\nPart of the Prestige Team, working on-site\n\nOverview of Role:\n\nPrestige Recruitment Specialists provide their services directly to the client by operating through an on-site facility to supply their temporary labour requirements. The role involves working closely with all client personnel, managing the daily staffing requirements. You will liaise with all temporary staff relating to confirmation of weekly shifts, payment of wages, holiday requests and managing absence levels whilst working in accordance with the Agency Workers Regulations and Working Time Directive.

There are daily/weekly/monthly reports to compile whilst consistently and conscientiously delivering against set KPIs. You will work closely with both our clients and the temporary workforce, building strong relationships with all parties and be required to attend meetings with production, planning and HR where requested to ensure sight of forecasts. Liaison with Head Office where appropriate will be necessary to discuss departmental needs for resourcing of additional/replacement labour.

You should be a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and a great team player.\n\nMain Duties: \n\nCreate, manage and maintain pools of labour to ensure 100% fulfilment of clients' labour requirements;\nFull responsibility for the selection of labour provided;\nDaily planning and scheduling, organising shift rotas and booking of workers;\nDaily interaction with clients' Managers and Supervisors to ensure all staffing needs are met and all workers have arrived for shift;\nOrganise replacement labour to arrive within agreed timescales for any reported absences, shortages or increases in requirements; \nEnsure compliance in line with company policies and UK legislation (e.g. Right to Work, H&S, AWR, WTD, GDPR, etc.);\nMaximise all opportunities throughout all site departments;\nBuild long-term relationships with all personnel within the clients' site;\nCompletion of required daily, weekly and monthly KPI's to the agreed deadlines;\nCompletion of weekly payroll through collection of timesheets/FOB/Timeware reports;\nManaging and updating the internal recruitment system; \nOut of hours/on call duties where necessary;\nGeneral administration duties. \n\nPerson Specification:\n\n You will:\n\nHave previous recruitment experience (preferred) although full training is provided\nBe able to be on site from 06.00 - 15.00 Monday to Friday\nPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills\nBe fluent in English both written and spoken\nAbility to speak Romanian or Polish advantageous due to workforce (but not essential as English is encouraged) (GOR)\nHave strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels;\nMaintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times;\nBe IT literate particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook;\nBe able to work as part of a team and on own initiative;\nHave the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines;\nHave a full driving licence and own transport;\nHave the desire, ambition, drive and commitment to being successful.
