You will balance the full 360 process to convert and gain a profitable desk – no two days the same. Concentrating on the local area, your role is to map, identify, convert and service business across Industrial recruitment solutions, providing compliant and reliable temporary workers into each shift, working together as a team to provide a first class service to all and share the responsibilities. Some flexibility to start early/finish early or start later and finish later needs to be given – as a team its on a fair rota – as is the oncall service. To be considered you MUST have recruitment processes knowledge and demonstrate knowledge of legislation, rates and sale negotiations with a passion and drive for success.
