The successful candidate will support the delivery of a growing portfolio of education-focused refurbishment and adaptation projects, working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Daily Duties
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Prepare planning, technical, and tender drawing packages
* Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Produce feasibility studies and design proposals
* Undertake contract administration and site inspections
* Support project delivery from concept through to completion
* Work collaboratively across wider project teams and support colleague-led schemes
* Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect or Building Surveyor with relevant project experience
* Strong project leadership and organisational skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Experience producing technical and tender documentation
* Good understanding of contract administration and site management
* Experience within education or SEND projects desirable
* Knowledge of JCT traditional procurement advantageous
* Self-sufficient, adaptable and team-oriented approach
* Ability to manage workload effectively within tight project timelines
