The Programme
During your first 12 months, youll rotate across:
Internal Sales
External Sales
Marketing
Exports
A key feature of the programme is Role Appreciation, which touches on all areas of the business from Production, Warehouse and Transport to all support functions.
Youll build cross-functional knowledge, stronger internal relationships, and develop the commercial awareness needed to become a well-rounded sales leader.
You will also:
Shadow experienced Area Sales Managers
Attend exhibitions and industry events
Complete internal and external sales training
Develop technical product knowledge
Deliver project work
Career Progression
Successful completion of the programme leads to:
Area Sales Manager managing your own UK territory

Degree (any discipline)
Full UK driving licence (or test booked)
