What You'll Do:
1. Develop and deliver our fundraising strategy
2. Build a strong pipeline of trusts, foundations & statutory funders
3. Craft compelling bids
4. Lead excellent stewardship and funder relationships
5. Work across teams to align opportunities and organisational needs
What We're Looking For:
6. Proven fundraising success, including significant grants
7. Strong writing and relationship-building skills
8. Experience managing fundraising pipelines and reporting
9. Highly organised, collaborative and mission-aligned
