Role Description
As Finance Administrator you are at the heart of the operations for this small but thriving publishing company. You'll play a key role in maintaining and developing the accounting and reporting for the business, working in multiple currencies and across various tax jurisdictions. The role works closely with all departments.
Qualifications
Reconcile sales income, process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable
Process supplier invoices, credit cards and payment runs for UK & US businesses
Manage banking including reconciliations
Assist with month end, planning and year end work
Support other teams on finance-related processes
Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail
Analytical skills to interpret and analyze financial data effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organizational abilities and proficiency in Excel and financial software such as Xero, Quickbooks etc
Support towards an accountancy qualification will be considered for the right candidate
Experience in publishing or related industry is a plus
