This job is based out of our Huntly Factory AB54 4PS
Job includes:
Assisting with Setting up/Operating/Shutting down the PVC extrusion machine and mixer.
Coordinating with Maintenance Engineer during problem solving, breakdowns and improvement efforts.
Identifying faults and carrying out basic maintenance activities.
Carry out general housekeeping activities within the work area.
Comply with a 'clean as you go' policy
Labouring
Feeding the machine
Stacking the Timber when it comes out of the machine
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Experience of working in a production environment
Ability to be flexible and work without supervision.
Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making.
Ability to work under pressure, in quality & results driven environment.
Positive approach with a continuous improvement mind-set
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in both verbal and written forms.
Benefits:
Primary hours of work: 06:00-20:00 Monday, 07:00-20:00 Tuesday to Wednesday. However, your shift pattern will change to 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday, 07:30-13:30 Friday, depending on workload.
Overtime available
29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
£12.21 - £12.70 p/h depending on experience
